Porting Non-Geographic Numbers - Letter of Authority

In order for Vibe Communications UK Ltd to import Non-Geographic telephone numbers from an different service provider, we are required by industry regulations to obtain sufficient permission from the end user in the form of a letter of authority (LOA).

This documentation is called a 'Porting of Non-Geographic Numbers Notice'.

This documentation must state all telephone numbers that are required to be imported along with details of the current service provider, account number, user/company name and address of where the numbers are to be registered to once ported.  

This document MUST be signed by an authorised person within the company (end user) on the end users official letterhead paper.
